Booking and Deposits
To reserve your wedding date, a 15% deposit of the total wedding package price is required. This deposit guarantees your spot on our booking calendar and goes directly towards the overall remaining balance of your wedding package.
Deposit Due: At the time of booking
Amount: 15% of the overall price of your wedding package
Balance: The remaining balance is due on the agreed-upon date before your wedding.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, but to ensure quality service and smooth operations, we have the following cancellation policies:
Cancellations by the Bride, Groom, or Wedding Party:
If the wedding is canceled by the bride, groom, or other wedding representatives, a 25% non-refundable fee will be applied to the overall price of your wedding package. This helps to secure our commitment to your date and ensures we can provide excellent service throughout the planning process.Cancellations by the Photographer:
In the unlikely event of a cancellation by the photographer due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or an unavoidable emergency), or if the wedding cannot take place due to inclement weather or any other “act of God,” other refund options will be discussed. We will make every effort to accommodate and reschedule, but any potential refunds will be addressed individually to ensure fairness and clarity.
